Stock Designs - 1 dozen per style, size and design.

Dog Breeds socks are available in units of 6 pair per design, size and style.

Artwork fees: There are NO set-up or art charges when orders are placed in conjunction with the artwork request.

There is a $200.00 non-refundable fee for artwork requested without an order.

Prototypes: Available with a non-refundable prepaid fee of $200.00 per style and design.

Artwork Requirements:  Camera ready artwork is not necessary, but appreciated, as we use a media unique to our production. Business cards, letterheads, postcards, hand-drawn sketches, e-mail, j-peg files or dos based art programs are acceptable forms of artwork for your order.

One-time Custom Orders:  Orders for a one time only run (where a design contains date oriented graphics or personalized with an individual's name) will incur a $ .75 cent up charge per pair.

Art Approval:  All custom orders require signed artwork approval to insure the accuracy of the artwork, style of sock, and spelling of words before the order is knit. Once signed approval is received , the final artwork is given to production to produce the socks. Socks are knit only upon signed, final art approval.

Exclusives:  Contracts are available for a one year period, which can be renewed annually, with
orders of 1,000 dozen pair, or more, per design.

Stock Orders: 10 working days ship time.  Be sure to include a cancel date on all orders to insure a definitive timeframe.

Custom Orders: 4-6 weeks ship time. Timeframe may change during peak season.  Please inquire as to exact ship time for your orders. Include a cancel date on all orders to provide a definitive timeframe.

Rush Orders: Orders with shipment requested prior to our current shipping time will incur a 30% rush fee.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods with credit or replacement.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number from For Bare Feet Inc.

A return claim must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Custom orders are not returnable unless sock construction is defective.

Refused shipments will incur a 30% restock fee.

Cancellations are not accepted on orders that are already in production.

All cancellations or order changes must be made in writing prior to production.

All backorders remain in effect unless otherwise previously indicated by customer.

All shipment are via UPS unless otherwise directed by customer.

Net 30 with 8 approved credit references and a signed For Bare Feet Inc. credit application.

All other orders may be paid via C.O.D, Credit Card ( Amex, Discovery, Mastercard, Visa) or prepay.

All orders shipped outside the United States must be pre-paid prior to production via the following:  Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit.

All For Bare Feet Inc. designs are copyrighted.  Any infringement will be pursued and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

For Bare Feet Inc. respects the privacy of each customer who visits our website.  Therefore, information that is collected and received is used solely for the following purposes:

- Processing each order.
- Notifying customers about updates to our webpage and product line.
- Registration data required to enter our site.

For Bare Feet will never share or sell information concerning customer's information, including
e-mail addresses, with other websites or organizations. In addition, we will never provide
a customer list for commercial or other purposes.

Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect
information are in place to insure privacy. Credit card information is encrypted.
A pop-up screen will notify customers that they are about to enter a secure site
in which credit information is required to place their order.
